Halven is operated by Skyborn Technologies. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and disclose personal data when you use the Halven web application and related services.

• Project content, including photos and export assets you upload or generate.
• Account and subscription records, including purchase history and plan status.
• Basic technical and usage data needed to secure, operate, and improve the service.

How we use information

We use personal data to:

• Provide access to the app and maintain your account.
• Store, sync, process, and export your before-and-after project data.
• Manage billing, subscriptions, and customer support.
• Protect the platform against abuse, errors, and unauthorized access.

Storage and processors

Data may be stored and processed using service providers that support Halven, including cloud storage and infrastructure vendors. Based on the current product architecture, this includes Cloudflare R2 for file storage and backend infrastructure used to support authentication, exports, and sync.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We may share information with service providers that process data on our behalf, when necessary to operate Halven, comply with legal obligations, or protect our rights.

Retention

We retain data for as long as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Uploaded photos and related project content may remain stored until deleted by you or removed as part of account deletion.

Your rights

Depending on applicable law, including the LGPD in Brazil, you may have the right to request access, correction, portability, deletion, or additional information about how your data is processed.
