Halven provides tools for before-and-after documentation workflows, including project organization, photo comparison, and export features for renovation and transformation work.

Accounts and responsibility

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, the activity that occurs under your account, and maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service, including by:

• Uploading unlawful, infringing, or harmful content.
• Interfering with the operation or security of Halven.
• Attempting unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or data.

Intellectual property

Halven and its related branding, software, and content are owned by Skyborn Technologies or its licensors. You retain rights to content you upload, to the extent permitted by law, and grant us the limited rights needed to host, process, and provide the service.

Availability and changes

We may update, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Halven is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Skyborn Technologies is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service.
